  1. Stop fraud in its tracks. Documents authored and uploaded by a verified CPA firm are assigned a “Trusted Badge.” Share and receive documents such as audit reports and SOC reports with the confidence that you are dealing with the original, unaltered document.
  2. Stay in control. If you share a document with a 3rd party, that 3rd party can’t share this document again without your consent, unless you specifically waived the need for your consent.
  3. Maintain full audit trail. Track in detail with whom your documents have been shared and when.
  4. Recall documents quickly. If you own a document and realize that it is no longer appropriate or valid, you can recall. All users with prior access to the document will be notified and will not be able to access the document anymore.
  5. Play by your rules. You can require recipients of a shared document to agree to a confidentiality clause or to a disclaimer prior to viewing the document.
  6. Secure privity defense. In order to support the Privity Defense for a CPA firm, if the firm shares a document with a client, by default, the firm cannot see the 3rd parties with whom the client shared this document. The firm can override this feature and request full visibility.
